" Jacob Glick was a master musician and the master of his musical fate, for he performed and introduced the performances of the music which he believed should be played, and which so many others would not or could not play. With his skills, courage, and conviction he was a mover and shaper of a musical milieu of colleagueship, collaboration, and probity which has faded and almost gone, gone with the rare likes of a Jacob Glick. "
